Setting up your user account

Your user account is accessible via the Merchant Back Office:

You can edit personal information, change account preferences or update your password.

To edit personal information and/or change preferences in your account:
  1. Click your login name to display the menu.
  2. Then click My account.

    The account modification window appears.

  3. Edit the desired information.
    • In the My information section you can edit:
      • your login (if you are authorized),
      • your civil status,
      • your first and last name,
      • your e-mail address,
      • your cell phone number.

        You can add up to 3 numbers.

    • In the My preferences section you can change:
      • the details display language of your Merchant Back Office;
         

        The language can also be changed on the home page. Simply click on the flag and select your preferred language.

      • the time zone used for exchanges and and notifications;
      • your home page is if you are authorized.
  4. Click Save to take the modifications into account.

To change your password:
  1. Click your username to display the menu.
  2. Click Change password.

    The password update window appears.

  3. Enter your current password.
  4. Enter and confirm your new password.
  5. Click Validate.

    The gateway sends an e-mail notification to the specified address to confirm the password change.

 

To reset a password, click Forgotten password or locked account accessible on the login page in the Merchant Back Office. The detailed process is described in the FAQ.
