Creating a new rule

  1. Open the Settings menu > Risk assessment > [your shop name].
  2. Click Create a new rule.
  3. Use the search engine to find the control to enable.
  4. Select the control and click Next.
  5. Rule reference: Modify the rule reference if necessary.
  6. Parameters: They differ according to the rules.
    • Input fields to be filled in
    • Drop-down list
      Hold down the CTRL key + left-click to select multiple values.
    • List of countries
      Select whether you want the rule to be triggered or not, depending on the selected countries.
      Check the countries depending to your needs. You can use the search bar to find a country.

  7. Actions: Click Add and select the action to be performed from the drop-down list. If you would like to define several actions, click Add again.

  8. Click the Save button to save the changes.
  • The Receive an alert action requires the creation of a specific notification rule.
  • The list of available actions depends on your shop options.
