Canceling a payment order
Yes, as long as it is active. If the buyer has already made the payment, the cancellation is impossible.
To cancel an active payment order:
- Display the payment order you wish to cancel.
- Click the icon with three vertical dots to the right above the selected order.
- In the menu that appears Cancel then click OK.
