Find the security code

 

The security code can also be called first connection code in your registration and order forms (document transmitted to the shop administrator by your sales contact) or even in the SMS sent to your cell phone number.

This title is also correct but it should no longer be used in the future.

The security code is sent by SMS to the user’s cell phone number if he or she provided a valid number on their account.

If this is not the case, you must have received this code by another means defined by the administrator of the Merchant Back Office. If you encounter any difficulties, you can contact your sales contact or send an e-mail to the Merchant Electronic Banking Support Service.
