What to do in case my shop closes?

To inform us about closing your shop, contact the E-Banking Merchant Support Service.

The notice period is 3 months.

Your contract will be effectively closed at the end of the notice period.

Before the end of the notice period, we recommend you to perform the following actions:
  • Export your data;
  • Check your refunds;
  • Check your subscriptions;
  • Check the outstanding amounts of your payments in installments.
