error 10160 - Error 10160 - MID_NOT_ACTIVE

In PRODUCTION mode, if your buyer gets an error message such as:

An error occurred during the payment request, please make sure that the posted parameters match the ones specified in the documentation.

It becomes impossible to make the payment and the transaction is definitively lost.

You will receive an e-mail notification containing the form that the gateway was unable to process and the value of the invalid field.

Your Nequi contract is not yet active in production.
You have requested the creation of a production Nequi payment (vads_ctx_mode set to PRODUCTION). However, your Nequi contract is not yet active in production. If you have not yet obtained your production keys from Nequi, you cannot accept production payments. Modify your payment form and set the vads_ctx_mode field to TEST. If you have production keys provided by Nequi, go to your Merchant Back Office and open your Nequi contract details (Settings > Company > Merchant IDs tab). Enter your production keys and click Save. In the end, click Check the contract status.
